It may be early, but get your diaries out, as the not-to-be-missed annual early autumn treat that is h.Art has announced dates for its 2023 event.

The 2nd to the 10th September will be when you get the chance to meet a myriad of creative people showing you their creations across a huge range of mediums and art and design disciplines. Over 400 artists will be available in their workshops, home studios, sheds, galleries, with lots of art to be found in temporary, usually non-art places.

Many artists only open their work spaces once a year, giving you a rare insight into their creative lives and their individual practice. You can chat, just browse, buy or commission direct. Over nine days you'll find joyful inspiration, unique finds and the chance to buy from the artist... or to discuss something bespoke, for someone really special.

There will be over 140 venues, with most open every day from 11am-5pm. The event website is live all year and keeps you up to date with your newly discovered favourite artists. Every artist has an Artist Profile page, which includes contact details and images they regularly renew.

There will be a downloadable guide on the site, or you can subscribe for a posted guide for £2. FREE guides can also be picked up around the Herefordshire and bordering counites in large supermarkets, tourist info sites and tourist attractions from late July.

The Herefordshire Art Week runs from 2nd-10th September 2023. For more information, visit www.h-art.org.uk
