Moreton Hall are known for their sports facilities, and now they're being put to good use with a brand new sports hub
Lacrosse may be a sport many of us associate with Enid Blyton novels, but it's actually a fast-paced, skilled and exciting game to watch. And one of the best places to learn all about the game is at Moreton Hall school, which is hosting its first lacrosse camp of the season on the 12th and 13th April.
The camp is part of the newly launched sports performance hub, ACE (Achieve, Compete, Excel), which will focus on hockey, tennis and golf, in addition to lacrosse.
Inspirational England lacrosse coach and coach at Moreton Hall, Carina Walsh, will host the first in a series of ACE camps for all skill levels, from aspiring elite players to developing athletes.
“This is an exciting opportunity for anyone to get involved in lacrosse and see how great the game is,” says Alison McDonald, director of sport at Moreton Hall. “With excellent coaching and facilities here at Moreton, you are bound to love the experience.”
