A trip to Lake Vyrnwy for a stroll and a cappuccino and cake is the perfect way to celebrate spring

After being closed since before Christmas, Artisans cafe at beautiful Lake Vyrnwy are re-opening for takeaway from the 27th March for tea, coffee and hot chocolate, as well as hot and cold food, including panini sandwiches, baked potatoes and a delicious range of homemade cakes, including gluten free options.

Like all in hospitality, it’s been a tough year, but the owners are determined to bounce back stronger than ever.

“To sum up the last twelve months is a pretty big task,” says Artisans proprietor, Ceri Graham. “Its been challenging, difficult, scary and some days seemingly impossible. However, its taught us a strength, a resilience, a fight and the ability to adapt we never knew we had.

“So we'll all come out of this appreciating the things and the people we love the most and look forward to many bright, healthy and happy times ahead.”

Artisans is open from 10am to 4pm for takeaway, seven days a week. (As the Covid rules are changing regularly, please check your local travel restrictions before travelling to Lake Vyrnwy).
