by Webmaster, 21st August 2019

Venture onto Swansea’s finest natural playground, as golden bays meet rocky cliffs, and abundant wildlife thrives, creating a walking paradise

For anyone who adores the great outdoors, Gower is truly the jewel in the crown of Wales’ second city.

Beginning at the far western curve of Swansea Bay, the peninsula continues west towards Carmarthen Bay. It’s home to idyllic beaches regarded as some of the finest in Britain, as well as fantastic clifftops, adding spectacular scenery and variety to coastal walks in this region.

ROUTE 1 – Wander the cliffs between two popular bays

ROUTE 2 – Feel the breeze on this headland wander

ROUTE 3 – An easy stroll above one of Wales’ finest bays
