Cosy up in the Wye Valley with a luxury self catering break this autumn
If spending a cosy autumn break in the splendour of the Upper Wye Valley appeals, then look no further than Vulcan Lodge near Rhayader. The Wye Valley walk is right on the doorstep, and attractions such as Elan Valley, the Cambrian Mountains and the Red Kite Centre are within easy reach.
This old country inn has been converted into five luxury holiday cottages that can accommodate between two and six guests, depending on which you choose. Or if you fancy a large party, the entire venue can be booked.
Each cottage comes fully equipped with a double oven, electric hob, microwave, iPod dock and board games.
Pets are accommodated by arrangement with the owner for a fee of £20 per pet per week or £10 for a short break. There is no charge for guide dogs.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels and WiFi are all included in the price.
