Soak up some Solva views with a stay at Glan Y Mor

If you’re dreaming of leisurely coastal walks this autumn, why not take a break at Glan Y Mor in Pembrokeshire’s Upper Solva?

This whitewashed cottage sits half way up the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path overlooking the headland Gribbin – an outlook that’ll undoubtedly beckon hikers out into this idyllic landscape. There are routes straight from the front door across the clifftops or along Solva Harbour.

Glan Y Mor itself makes a welcoming return for those with weary legs. The cottage can sleep up to six guests and has a wealth of character, while renovations make it a practical and comfortable base. The cosy sitting room boasts an open fire to warm the cockles each evening, and opens out to a patio where al fresco meals can be enjoyed on warmer days.

The kitchen and diner meanwhile, has everything you might need to whip up meals, wherever you choose to enjoy them. The sleeping arrangements comprise a master bedroom and a further two twin bedrooms in the eaves with both a bathroom and a shower room.

To the front of the property is a lawn with garden seating and another raised lawned garden up some steps. Parking’s adjacent to the cottage.

One week in November costs £695 and pets are by private arrangement.
