Brook House is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Brook, at the head of Cwm Curyll (The Valley of the Hawks), between Laugharne and Pendine. Gower View is a light and airy apartment, ideal for a couple or a solo traveller. The flat is accessed by an external staircase so would not be suitable for those with severe mobility restrictions. Gower View has a comfortable double bedroom, spacious sitting/dining room, well-equipped kitchen area, as well as a compact but functional bathroom. The property benefits from gas central heating and instant hot water. There is an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. The Freeview flatscreen TV also has an integral DVD player and a good selection of DVDs can be borrowed from the main house. There are gardens surrounding the property with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peaceful location. There is also a small, self-contained campsite on the other side of the property which caters for both touring caravans and tents. The whole complex benefits from a truly rural position with neighbouring dairy farms and fantastic views over the sand dunes to the Gower Peninsular in the distance.
