A six-course delight

Star chef Gareth Stevenson provides a unique insight into how he creates the beautiful dishes in front of you

If you not only love fine dining, but also have a great interest into how such dishes are created, then country house and luxury hotel Palé Hall has the answer.

On Friday 18th October the Gwynedd-based establishment is holding an Evening With Gareth Stevenson, where the head chef will cook a bespoke six-course menu with wine flight, presenting each course one-by-one, giving an insight into the creative process that shapes each dish.

After their aperitifs, guests will be treated to dishes such as carabineros prawn cooked over coal, roast squab, king crab tartlet, Rhug Estate sika deer, fermented and fresh pear, and pumpkin pie.

The evening costs £120 per person, and those that attend get 20 percent off B&B stays that night, and 20 percent off dinner, B&B stays if you choose to stay the following night too.
