Abergavenny is a haven for foodies and culminates in a spectacular culinary weekend for all

Over the weekend of 17th and 18th September, the Monmouthshire town of Abergavenny will welcome food lovers from all over the UK, including top celebrity chefs like Matt Tebbutt and Jeremy Pang, as well as presenter and local producer, Kate Humble.

As well as lots of opportunity for free taste sensations on the numerous stalls dotted around the town, there are several fascinating talks and debates at the Ogi Dome at the castle. And new this year is the 'Meet the Author' events, where fans can meet the creators of their favourite cookery books.

Over 150 exhibitors and caterers will be across six venues in the centre of Abergavenny and there is a rolling programme of chef demonstrations in the Victorian Market Hall. Kids won’t be left out either, as there will be special children’s cookery sessions to get the youth of today inspired to get into the kitchen.

Tickets are £12 and children under 16 have free entry and tickets must be bought in advance.
